Stomach, digestive and bloating issues are misunderstood when it comes to eating a plant-based diet, or for people who dabble in eating plant based foods. It does not mean we are not supposed to eat raw food. It is a sign of how out of balance we are with true health and nature.
This video explains some of the main causes why our bodies cannot handle raw plant foods in the beginning. Hopefully this video will open some eyes and add awareness to subjects like proper digestion, probiotics, gut flora, stomach acid, h pylori, vegan, vegetarian, blenders, blending and why we can’t digest cellulose and dont have cellulase or five stomachs like other herbivores do.
